I. We believe in the one and indivisible God (Mark 12:32), the God who created the heaven and the earth, and all things that were created (Genesis 1:1; John 1:3), including but not limited to all of the seas, and all of heaven and all the universe, beyond what man can imagine and beyond what any science can reveal, including what no eye has seen, nor any ear heard, nor any mouth ever mentioned (1 Corinthians 2:9); the God of all creation, your creator and mine (Genesis 1:26-27); He is the God we believe in.
II. We believe in the Bible, both the Old and the New Testaments as the inspired and infallible Word of God, and our final authority in all matters of faith, living, and practice (2 Timothy 3:16, Psalm 119.89-91; II Peter 1.20-21).
III. We believe that God reveals Himself in three persons, namely, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19; 1 John 5:7) while remaining the same one and indivisible God.
IV. We believe that Jesus Christ is the fullness of the Godhead in bodily form, (Colossians 2:9; Romans 6:23; Isaiah 9:6,7; John 1:1-3): Jesus Christ is the true God and true man.
V. We believe that as true man, Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary by the power of the Holy Spirit (Isaiah 7:14; Luke 1: 31; 2:11); He lived in this world doing good, was crucified, died, and was buried, and that He rose from the dead on the third day in His original body (Luke 24:36-43; John 20:27), ascended into heaven (Luke 24:51), and is now seated at the right hand of the Father (Mark 16:19; Colossians 3:1; Romans 8: 34).
VI. We believe that Jesus Christ is coming again to judge the living and the dead (Acts 10:42); every eye shall see Him as He comes in glory in the clouds with His hosts of heaven (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).
VII. We believe in the resurrection of the dead: all that are in the graves shall hear His voice and shall come forth; they that have done good unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil unto the resurrection of damnation (John 5:25-29).
VIII. We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:5; Romans 3:24), and that “Now is the day of salvation” (2 Corinthians 6:2; Isaiah 49:8), and that tomorrow might be too late; we believe that the saved confess with their mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9).
IX. We believe in miracles because “JESUS CHRIST THE SAME YESTERDAY, AND TODAY, AND FOREVER” (Hebrew 13:8); so He has not changed since He said: “These signs shall follow them that believe: in my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover”, (Mark 16:16-18; John 14:12). We are a witness the above Word still works as far as Jesus forever lives by His word.
X. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life and that no one can come to the Father except by Him (John 14:6); the Only Way (not ‘a way’ as some say) to the Father, the only one in whom there is Salvation, and the only One who gives Eternal Life (John 14:6, Acts 4:12, John 14:2-3).
XI We believe in Biblical Gender Creation, Biblical Human Sexuality, Biblical Marriage, and that our final authority in the interpretation of the Bible as given by the Holy Spirit and revealed to the founders of the Obasi World Outreach Resurrection Power Ministries and the Resurrection Power University of Theology and Technology
