At Resurrection Power University of Theology, we believe that sex is God authorized activity between the husband and the wife who are married according to God’s designed marriage as it is defined in the Bible: “Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.” (Genesis 2:24). We believe that sex among Christians should be a God authorized legitimate activity between the married man and his wife (a woman) designed to implement God’s instruction to the married couple that makes them join together and become one flesh (Genesis 2:24). And God blessed them, saying: Increase and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, and rule over the fishes of the sea, (Genesis 1:28). We believe that sex is between the man and woman who are married according to God’s design as outlined in the Bible. Every other outside marriage is sin: “Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.” (1 Corinthians 6:9-10).
