ABOUT JESUS CHRIST
- Jesus Christ is the Fullness of the Godhead in Bodily Form
We believe that Jesus Christ is the fullness of the Godhead in bodily form, (Colossians 2:9; Romans 6:23; Isaiah 9:6,7; John 1:1-3): Jesus is true God and true man. - Jesus is True Man and True God
We believe that as true man, Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary by the power of the Holy Spirit (Isaiah 7:14; Luke1: 31; 2:11); lived in this world doing good, was crucified, died, and was buried, and that He rose from the dead on the third day in His original body (Luke 24:36-43; John 20:27), ascended into heaven (Luke 24:51), and is now seated at the right hand of the Father (Mark 16:19; Colossians 3:1; Romans 8: 34). - Jesus Christ is Coming Again
(i) To Judge the Living and the Dead, and
(ii) To Take Us the Believers to Heaven
(iii) For the Marriage of the Lamb with the Church
We believe that Jesus Christ is coming again to judge the living and the dead (Acts 10:42; John 5: 26-29; 2 Timothy 4:1; 1 Peter 4:5; James 5:9); and every eye shall see Him as He comes in glory in the clouds with His hosts of heaven (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).
We believe that Jesus Christ is coming to take us the saints (believers in Him: both those currently alive at the time of His coming, and those who had lived and died and shall wake up at the sound of the trumpet), so that where He is, there we shall also be (John 14:2-3; John 17:24; John 14:18). - The Dead Shall Rise to be Judged by Jesus Christ
We believe in the resurrection of the dead (): all that are in the graves shall hear His voice and shall come forth; they that have done good unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil unto the resurrection of damnation (John 5:25-29). - We Were Saved By Grace
We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:5; Romans 3:24), and that “Now is the day of salvation” (2Corintians 6:2; Isaiah 49:8), and that tomorrow might be too late; we believe that the saved confess with their mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). - Jesus Is the Same Forever
We believe in miracles because “JESUS CHRIST THE SAME YESTERDAY, AND TODAY, AND FOREVER” (Hebrew 13:8); So He has not changed since He said: “These signs shall follow them that believe: In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover”, (Mark 16:16-18; John 14:12). We are a witness the above Word still works as far as Jesus forever lives by His word. - Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and that no one can come to the Father except by Him (John 14:6). We believe that Jesus Christ is the Only Way (not ‘a way’ as some say) to the Father, the Only One in whom there is Salvation, and the Only One who gives Eternal Life. As the Only Way (not ‘a way’) to the Father, Jesus said: “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6). Note that He did not say that He is one of the ways, but ‘The Way’. As the only One in whom there is Salvation, it is written: “And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12 ESV). As for the only One who gives Eternal Life, Jesus speaks of Himself to the Father: “For You granted Him authority over all humanity, so that He may give eternal life to all those You have given Him. Now this is eternal life: that they may know You, the only True God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent” (John 14:2-3). Since you cannot come to the Father except by Jesus Christ, therefore, you need Jesus Christ if you must have Eternal Life
